Neopower Solar Powered Hotwater Systems are meticulously designed and manufactured under strict quality assurance procedures. Neopower use only quality parts (Bosch gas booster, Grundfos pump, AVG air vent) and advanced technology. These Hotwater Systems can be either Gas or Electric Boosted. Neopower use specially designed solar collector tubes made from 2mm toughened borosilicate glass instead of panels to allow positive sun tracking due to cylindrical absorber shape which retain up to 97% heat. Flat or pitched roof mounting systems are available. The high insulation performance water tank is manufactured from special quality 2.5mm - 3.5mm steel plate and welded by program controlled welding facilities to ensure excellent pressure-bearing ability and are layered with 50mm environment-friendly, fluoride-free polyurethane foam giving excellent heat retention (hotwater even 24hrs if required!!)

How it Works

How it Works

Neopower Solar Hot Water Systems can be used on Residential, Business and Commercial buildings. The basic evacuated tube solar heating principal remains the same: The evacuated tube solar collector captures the sun’s light and heat energy.

Neopower collector uses a vacuum tube as a heat absorber, the aluminium fin and heat pipe as the heat carrier. The coating on the inner cover of the vacuum tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminium fins. The liquid within the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser unit (at the top). The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the bottom of the heat pipe. The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (water) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun. So once and once again, the cold water will be heated and become hot water.

How it Works

  • A circulation pump pushes water through the solar collector, transferring the captured heat into the water.
  • The heat is then stored in a tank, which continually heats throughout the day.
  • Hot water is drawn from the storage tank into the household when hot taps are opened.
